1. Payment Policy

• Full payment is required to confirm your booking
• We accept cash and online payments
• Additional charges may apply for tolls and parking
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
• Late cancellations may be subject to charges
• No-shows will be charged the full fare
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

3. Refund Policy

• Full refund for cancellations made 24 hours before the service
• 50% refund for cancellations made 12-24 hours before the service
• No refund for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the service
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method
